About Tula Creative

Tula Creative is a women-led, Seattle-based coaching and consulting practice dedicated to building thriving leaders, nonprofits and communities.

I firmly believe...

As I think about what it truly means to find our balance and thrive, I firmly believe ...

  1. Your impact is more than what you do - it's who you are. It doesn't have to be "at scale" to matter to those you touch.

  2. It takes a village. We don’t need to “go it alone” to prove our strength. True power is built together, in collaboration, not competition.

  3. Thriving is iterative & cumulative. It's not something you unlock with a single job, mission, relationship, budget or skill.

About me...

My name is Allie Siegel

Founder and Chief Coach

I’m a coach and strategic partner who relentlessly explores balance to understand how we can work (and live) with more intention and flow.

I specialize in navigating change and transitions: as leaders, teams, and individuals. When we work together, you'll build practical, personalized skills and self-awareness that will help you grow and be more intentional.

I've spent my career facilitating big, hard organizational changes- building new processes, new teams, leadership transitions - and even longer exploring & mastering mind-body practices for better health (first), relationships (second), and finding flow (third).

A bit more about me personally:

I'm a two-time expat (Germany & China), mom of three (two boys + a girl). For more than a decade now, I've called the Pacific Northwest (Seattle) home, although I'm originally from the "other" Washington (D.C.).

My dog is afraid of people, but he loves other dogs. My husband is writing a book on rewilding, when he's not co-parenting and leading sustainability strategy. When I'm not co-parenting or working, I really love to play in the mud; as a kid it was squishing it between my bare toes; as an adult it's playing at the local pottery studio and pulling weeds or optimistically planting things in my garden.

Approach

Spoiler alert: There’s no magic formula, book, or tool that will lead you directly to your goal. (bummer) Rather, it’s the very personal process of intentional, open-minded, doing and learning that build that muscle.

As a coaching and strategic thought partner, my core values are collaboration, compassion, curiosity and integrity and I strive to always operate from those principles with intention and awareness.

I'm a nerd when it comes to the neuroscience and biomechanics of change and mindfulness. My work combines the best of what I've learned in 17 years as a strategy and organizational development consultant across multiple sectors, with extensive training and practice as a leadership coach and teacher of meditation and mind-body practices.

I've learned from my own work that the more balanced I am, the more adaptive, curious, intuitive, intentional, and creative I am.

My goal is to build that same capacity in you and our communities we serve.

Tula Creative Partners

Co-creating and collaborating are my jam - it's core to how I approach both my coaching and nonprofit and team capacity-building.

In addition to working independently with my clients, I have the privilege of collaborating with some amazing partners, who bring a wealth of additional leadership, marketing, data analysis, and operational expertise to our work together. Here are just a few of them....

It's our ability to access qualities of curiosity, self-awareness, courage, connection, inspiration, intuition, intention and tolerance for ambiguity.

The ambitions and transitions in our lives and career are opportunities for reclaiming these qualities, when we're up for the journey.

Having a partner along the way makes all the difference.
