About Me.

Turns out transitions are great times to reimagine how you work: there's usually something big at stake, and that's often a great starting place for your bigger why and how.

It's been true for me, at different turns in my non-linear career: moving from teaching English in China, to working in big healthcare systems, consulting across Fortune 500 and small, local nonprofits, and starting multiple businesses.

I've spent my career facilitating complex organizational changes- building new processes, new teams, leadership transitions. I've spent even longer exploring & mastering mind-body practices for better health, relationships, and finding flow.

Today I focus on individuals and organizations with heart - those who give a damn, who care about making a positive impact, and want to do so with more balance.

A bit more about me personally:

I'm a two-time expat (Germany & China), I'm a mom of three (two boys + a little girl). For more than a decade now, I've called the Pacific Northwest (Seattle) home, although I'm originally from the "other" Washington (D.C.).

My husband is writing a book on rewilding, and as a result our whole family is spending a lot more time in wilderness these days. I don't believe you need to be "good" at art or music to have creative hobbies, and love rekindling my childhood joy in spending more time with both - right now that's doodling and playing at the local pottery studio. I also like optimistically planting things in my garden, but I'm terrible at watering them.

Meet the Team

Co-creating and collaborating are our jam - it's core to how we approach both our coaching and nonprofit and team capacity-building, whether redefining roles, building a marketing strategy, or creating systems to measure impact, we start from a place of collaborative co-creation. This means involving staff and others in developing solutions based on collective insights.

Values-Driven Partnerships

We may have different backgrounds, lived experiences and goals, but our common thread is our shared values.

◗ Conscientiousness
Bringing empathy and awareness to our life and work

◗ Contribution
Feeling connected to something bigger than ourselves

◗ Exploration
Creating space to experiment and staying open to different perspectives

◗ Integrity
Living out our values and practicing what we preach

◗ Intentionality
Taking and encouraging confident, meaningful action
