You know something needs to shift, but you can't see it clearly from inside your daily routine.

Are you struggling with:
-
Not having any time between work and family for play and creativity?
-
Feeling stuck or that you're failing to make progress in your career, while life rushes by?
-
Feeling more and more disconnected from nature and the beauty and good in the world?

I get it. You can't see yourself clearly from inside the same routine.

I know you want to be a person who lives with intention and makes a positive impact on those around you. In order to do that, you need clarity on what matters most to you right now and the courage to learn from the hard stuff life throws at you.
The problem is when you're stuck in the same patterns, surroundings, and routines, it's nearly impossible to gain the perspective you need. It leaves you feeling stuck and frustrated.
I believe aha moments happen when you step completely outside the familiar. That's why for 15 years, I've made it my mission to help people like you make change happen — and as a two-time expat and avid explorer, I've learned that our deepest insights happen when we challenge ourselves to go past our comfort zone, travel in new ways and places, and reconnect with our natural sense of wonder in the physical world.

The combination is the point. Travel alone fades. Coaching alone keeps you in your head. But sweating through a physical challenge while doing intentional inner work — in one of the most breathtaking places on earth — does something neither can do on its own. Your patterns aren't just mental. Your body is part of the breakthrough.

It's designed around the return, not the peak. This isn't about escape — it's about coming home to your actual life and seeing it differently. The sessions before and after the trek exist so the clarity you find in Nepal doesn't evaporate when you get back into the daily grind.

The intentionality runs all the way through. We trek with a local, woman-owned company and stay in community-run teahouses — because how you travel matters. And you won't be doing any of this alone. The women in this group aren't all navigating the same thing, but they're all navigating something — and there's something powerful about doing hard, honest self-reflection in the company of people who get that.
Here’s how it works
1
First, explore if this is a fit for you.
Read the Travel Guide, take the quiz, and when you're ready — let's talk. No pressure, just an honest conversation about where you are and whether this makes sense right now.
2
Plant the seeds before you leave
Two group sessions, a journey journal, and a curated reading list to help you arrive with intention. You'll leave for Nepal knowing your "why" — and already feeling connected to the women you're going with.

Eight days in the Himalayas
An off-the-beaten-path trek through the Annapurna region — mountain teahouses, moments of awe, and real conversations around the dinner table. For many women, it's the first time in years they've had space to simply be rather than do. Light guided practices are woven throughout: trail prompts, a storytelling night, a midpoint letter, and a small ceremony to release what you're ready to let go of.
4
Bring it home
This isn't about escaping your life — it's about getting enough distance from it to finally see it clearly. The things you've been too busy or too close to examine have a way of coming into focus when you're walking through the Himalayas with nowhere else to be. Two post-trek sessions help make sure that spaciousness comes home with you: one to catch the insights before re-entry erases them, and one to turn what shifted into something concrete and lasting.

You're willing to step outside your comfort zone.
Having a physical goal to train for is motivating, and you're open to engaging in the inner work of challenging assumptions and exploring new ways of thinking.

I created this free guide because 'trekking + coaching in Nepal' probably sounds exhilarating and intimidating at the same time. You probably want to know:
👉 What do the days actually look like?
👉 Will I be able to do this physically?
👉 What's the coaching part really about?
👉 And will this actually help me figure out what's next?
Fair questions. Let's walk through it.
