That's why for 15 years, I've made it my mission to help people like you make change happen — and as a two-time expat and avid explorer, I've learned that our deepest insights happen when we challenge ourselves to go past our comfort zone, travel in new ways and places, and reconnect with our natural sense of wonder in the physical world.​

Get ready and travel to Nepal!

Before we leave, you'll get lots of support and resources to help you prepare and make the most of this adventure. We meet as a group twice to set intentions and make sure everyone's physically ready. Then it's eight days in the Himalayas—an off-the-beaten path trek filled with mountain teahouses, countless moments of awe, and lots of laughter. You can also add yoga, sound baths, amazing massages or spectacular UNESCO World Heritage sightseeing.
