I know you want to be a person who makes meaningful impact and lives with purpose. In order to do that, you need clarity on what's next and the confidence to move forward.

The problem is when you're stuck in the same patterns, surroundings, and routines, it's nearly impossible to gain the perspective you need. This leaves you feeling stuck and frustrated.

I believe breakthrough moments happen when you step completely outside the familiar. That's why for 15 years, I've made it my mission to help people like you navigate complex transitions—and as a two-time expat and avid explorer, I've learned that our deepest insights happen when we push our boundaries in healthy ways.

Here's what makes Tula Treks unique:

  • I combine expert transitions coaching with an eight-day guided trek through Nepal's Annapurna region—blending the natural catalyst of travel with the structure and intentionality of coaching before, during, and after the experience to ensure lasting transformation.

  • This is eco-tourism done right. We partner with a local, women-owned trekking company and stay in community-run teahouses that directly support the local economy, creating meaningful impact while you gain clarity.

  • You'll join a small, curated group of thoughtful people who value growth, presence, and possibility—building connections that last far beyond the trek.

FAQ

What makes Tula Treks different from other Nepal treks?

We combine expert transition coaching with eco-tourism done right. We partner with a local, woman-owned trekking company and stay in community-run teahouses that directly support the local economy. This isn't escapism—it's intentional change-making woven into a real adventure.

What if I've never done a trek like this before?

You don't need prior trekking experience. We provide a wellness consultation and trek training support plan to help you prepare. As long as you're willing to prepare physically and can adapt with ease and humor, you'll be ready.

What does a typical day on the trek look like?

You'll wake up in a teahouse, have breakfast, then trek for 5-8 hours through stunning landscapes. You'll arrive at the next teahouse in the afternoon, have time to rest and reflect, then enjoy dinner with the group. Some days include summits, hot springs, or visits to sacred sites.

What's included in the cost?

The full experience includes: eight-day guided trek, all Nepal accommodations (single rooms at 4-star hotels before and after trek), all in-country transportation, all meals on trek plus welcome and goodbye dinners, trek training guidance and four group coaching calls with support for personal transitions with a small, curated community of fellow travelers. Not included: international airfare, travel insurance (required), alcoholic beverages. One-on-one professional transitions coaching for deeper reflection, personal clarity, and accountability is available before or after for special pricing.

What about physical requirements?

You should be able to hike 5-8 hours per day with a daypack on varied terrain. We'll provide a training plan to help you prepare. If you can walk up several flights of stairs without stopping and are willing to train, you'll be ready.

What if I have more questions?

Schedule a Trek Clarity Call and we'll answer everything. Or download a copy of our itinerary and I'll reach out to connect.
