Many of my clients have not worked with a coach before, so aren’t sure how to answer this question. Here are some things to consider:

We will be great partners if:

  • You want accountability and structure for thinking differently during a period of overthinking, distraction, frustration or uncertainty

  • You’re open-minded, self-aware, and invested in your own development as a human and leader

I’ve been supporting leaders through change for 15 years, as a professional coach for the last three, and have developed a range of highly effective and insight-provoking practices for navigating transitions and building programs.

You're seeking help that's adapted to your timeframe and schedule.

You've got a sense of adventure and are interested in combining trekking and travel to facilitate your strategic shift.

Details:

  • 60 m virtual sessions on your timetable & schedule (most of my clients meet with me bi-weekly or monthly)

  • 6 or 10 session packages available

Details:

  • 8 private coaching sessions (60 m, virtual) over a 5-month period (Jan-May and July - Nov)

  • 12-day trip to Nepal with an 8-day guided, hut-to-hut Himalayan trek

  • Connection with community of 6-8 like-minded individuals
