It’s so easy to feel overwhelmed by the things you “should” do. Maybe it feels productive - whatever you should be doing, yet it can easily and unintentionally contribute to your own frustration, anxiety, and stuckness.
The practice of letting go of your “shoulds” – and embracing what is still unknown - is a vital practice, helping you to see your choices might be hiding, so you can face the unknown even if it’s with just a little more grace and ease.
Here's a short 8-minute guided meditation with relaxing soundscape and images to help you practice letting go of your "shoulds."
Or, if all you have time for now is a poem: here's a beautiful one by April Green.
